Here are my 17 tips to help you navigate through your mindfulness meditation journey.

  • There is no good, or bad way to meditate. Never judge your meditation session. Keep trying until you find one that fits your needs.
  • Distractions help you to practice your attention muscles, and when you notice distractions, be kind.
  • Mindfulness is not something to be studied, but to be continuously cultivated.
  • There is no good, or bad environment to practice meditation. Inner silence is not dependent on the environment.
  • Learn to use your everyday micro-moments e.g walking, eating, cleaning, or listening to practice meditation.
  • Sync your meditative practices with your boring tasks, and transform them completely.
